Return Policy

We want you to love what lands on your skin. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.

Store credit exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Skincare is a personal-care product, so opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@brazilianbeauty-sf.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue store credit, at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
